Ram Charan is currently working on his next film, Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The next sports drama is expected to be released on March 27, 2026. Before its release, actor RRR shared a photo of BTS, suggesting that the first single of the film will be unveiled soon.

Sharing an image via its official Instagram handle, Ram Charan was seen alongside director Buchi Babu Sana and Ar Rahman in the latter’s studio.
The actor wrote: “#peddi – an Ar Rahman musical. The Maestro captured the soul and emotion of #peddi as never before. Our first single arrives soon – stay listening!”
Although the official release date of the single has not been announced, it will be interesting to see Ram appear in a musical AR Rahman for the first time.

About Peddi
Ram Charan should appear in the main role of Peddi. The sports action drama takes place in the context of a village -based cricket tournament.
With Janhvi Kapoor playing the main female role, the film also presents actors like Shiva Rajkumar, Divyendu, Jagapathi Babu and several others in key roles.
Ram Charan’s to come
Ram Charan was seen for the last time by changing the game. Directed by Shankar, the drama of political action told the story of an honest IAS officer who clashes with a corrupt politician.
Charan played double roles alongside an overall actor starring Kiara Advani, Anjali, SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Sunil, Jayaram and others. The film is currently available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Despite the media threshing before its release, the film had no impact between criticism and the public.
In addition, it is planned that Charan will then work with director Sukumar for the film temporarily entitled RC17. However, the reports suggest that the project may require more time to materialize.
Interestingly, the film will mark the second collaboration between Ram and director Sukumar after their successful business, Rangasthalam.
Recent reports also indicate that the actor can work on a film under the banner of producer Naga Vamsi, although an official announcement is still expected.
