Amazon MX Player, Amazon’s free video streaming service, today released the trailer of the much-awaited Bindiya’s Baahubali Season 2, giving a glimpse of the changing power dynamics and growing unrest within the dysfunctional Dhawan family. Set against the fictional town of Bindya, the new chapter picks up where Season 1 left off, with jailed father Bada Daawan trying to broker peace with rivals, only for his son Chhota Daawan to choose war instead. What follows is a cycle of power games, betrayals and family disintegration, drawing the audience back into a world where family, politics and ambitions are deeply entangled, and where control is never guaranteed.

Ranveer Shorey and Saurabh Shukla return as Power Shift in Bindiya’s Baahubali Season 2, watch trailer
Bindiya’s Baahubali Season 2 brings back the beloved cast including Saurabh Shukla, Ranveer Shorey, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Seema Biswas, Sushant Singh, Sheeba Chaddha, Sai Tamhankar, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Vineet Kumar and Akash Dahiya in lead roles.
The trailer wastes no time in building up the tension with Bindiya, hinting at a change in the equations within the Dawan family. With the elder Daawan (Saurabh Shukla) in the driver’s seat, the younger Daawan, with a very different idea of leadership, tries to run the empire his own way, and the result is chaos that spills from the family to the streets. The trailer depicts an action-packed confrontation, shifting loyalties and a city heading towards all-out war, as Devons realizes that the greatest threat may not be the enemy from without, but the ambitions within.
Talking about the return of the series, Amogh Dusad, Director and Content Head, Amazon MX Player, shared, “On Amazon MX Player, we strive to tell stories that feel rooted and relevant while being thoroughly entertaining. Bindiya Ke Baahubali is a unique series that blends crime with family conflict in a very organic way. Season 2 takes this world forward with new challenges and changing relationships. It True to the show’s mix of humor, quirky characters, and small-town swagger, but the stakes feel higher this time, we’re excited to bring this next chapter to audiences.
Talking about reprising the role of Bada Daavan, Saurabh Shukla said, “What makes this show a fan favorite is the emotional honesty beneath the chaos. These characters are flawed, powerful and deeply human. Season 2 raises the stakes within the family, bringing new conflicts, humor and unexpected twists that push everyone to their limits.”
Sharing his thoughts on being back in the shoes of Chhote Daawan, Ranvir Shorey said, “What makes Bindiya’s Baahubali interesting is the balance between anarchy and comedy. Chhote believes that power will eventually bring him respect. What he doesn’t see is that at every step it takes something or the other away from him. Season 2 explores how ambition, when left unchecked, slowly transforms into something demonic. The trailer captures that mood well, and I think audiences will enjoy seeing how the family dynamics evolve this season.”
Bindiya’s Baahubali Season 2 will stream for free from January 21, 2026, exclusively on Amazon MX Player, available on the MX Player app on mobile and connected TVs, Amazon Shopping app, Prime Video, Fire TV and Airtel Extreme.
