The casting pace continues, with reports suggesting that Arvind Swamy is likely to join the group. Swamy, known for his iconic roles in films like Roja and Bombay, is expected to play an important role in the film. While initial speculations had hinted at her playing the role of an antagonist, the report clarifies that her character will be portrayed in a positive light, keeping it away from negative shades.

Interestingly, the makers are still on the lookout for a strong opponent to face Salman Khan on screen, hinting that a big casting announcement may be coming soon. Additionally, discussions are underway with Anil Kapoor for a pivotal role, though details about his character have been kept under wraps.

Giving information about the timeline of the film, a source told IHNS, “Salman Khan is in talks with Dil Raju and Vamshi Padilpalli to plan his schedule in such a way that an Eid 2027 release becomes a reality. The producer-director duo is considering options, and plans to get back to Salman with a plan soon.”

The source further added that the film is an action-packed entertainer with a strong emotional core.

“This is a pure commercial entertainer with Salman Khan. Vamshi plans to present Salman in a way the audience loves to see him. Pre-production is going on in full swing, and the makers aim to take the film on floors in April.” Source added.

The shooting of the film is expected to begin in April and will be shot extensively across multiple locations in India. With substantial VFX work also involved, the team is currently focusing on fine-tuning all aspects before making an official announcement. While many details are still under wraps, the makers are committed to bringing the film to theaters in the first half of 2027, with the Eid release firmly considered.
