According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, Sara Ali Khan has leased her bungalow in Mumbai’s Andheri West on a long-term rental agreement worth Rs 4.14 crore over almost five years. The property located in Belscott Co-operative Housing Society in Old Lokhandwala Complex is expected to be used by the tenant for school related activities.

Monthly rent starts from Rs 6.5 lakh

As per the details of the agreement, the monthly rent for the bungalow has been fixed at Rs 6.5 lakh during the initial phase of the lease. The contract includes a lock-in period of three years, after which the fare will increase by 5 per cent annually from the third year.

The tenant has also paid a security amount of Rs 20 lakh as per the arrangement.

The leave start date and hire start date for the agreement are both listed as May 1, 2026.

The property is spread over 4,500 sq ft in Lokhandwala Complex

According to the documents reviewed, the bungalow covers a carpet area of ​​about 4,500 sq ft and is leased at the rate of Rs 144.44 per sq ft.
