Bollywood actor and producer Arbaaz Khan and his wife, celebrity makeup artist Sashura Khan have officially announced the name of their newborn daughter Sipara Khan. The couple shared the happy news on social media, expressing gratitude and love as they begin this new chapter together.

However, earlier reports about the baby’s birth date were incorrect. It has now been confirmed that SSHURA gave birth on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at PD Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, where she was admitted on Thursday, October 4. Both mother and baby are healthy and doing well.
Announcing her daughter’s name, Sashura posted a heartfelt message that read, “Welcome baby girl Sipara Khan,” along with the caption, “Alhamdulillah.” The name “Sipara”, derived from Arabic, refers to a section of the Holy Quran, which represents spirituality and blessings a suitable choice for the little one of the couple.
The announcement was soon met with love and blessings from family, friends and fans. Members of the Khan family, including Salman Khan and Arpita Khan Sharma, were among the first to visit the hospital and congratulate the couple. Arbaaz was also left at the hospital with the newborn baby in his arms, beaming with pride.
Arbaaz and Sashura tied the knot in a private ceremony held at Arpita Khan Sharma’s residence in Mumbai on December 24, 2023. The couple has since maintained a low profile, keeping their relationship out of the media spotlight. With the arrival of baby Sipara, they have happily stepped into a new phase of life embracing parenthood with warmth, love and gratitude.
