Reliable trade sources have confirmed that Disney has signed a 2-week agreement with premium multiplexes to screen the film during the Christmas and New Year period. A source told IHNS,Avatar: Fire and Ashes There will be screenings in 3D format across all premium multiplexes during the festive period, and distributors in India have made a 2-week special deal for 3D, IMAX 3D, ScreenX and 4DX formats. Considering the unheard demand of the audience, theaters have also agreed to this.
The film will arrive on December 19th and Disney plans to start taking pre-bookings in advance. “For pre-sale Avatar: Fire and Ashes Will open on December 5, 2025. All contracts have been locked, and manufacturers are confident of achieving record results in advance bookings for the year in India.”
