Seyon is a Tamil action-drama that has caught the attention of the audience. The upcoming film is directed by Shivakumar Murugesan and produced by veteran actor Kamal Haasan along with R Mahendran under his banner Raj Kamal Films International. Today, on the occasion of actress Bhagyashree Borse’s 26th birthday, the makers have given a lovely surprise to her fans.
They welcomed Borsay into the entertainer and released an ethereal first look poster of his character in the film. The film’s production house shared the announcement on social media with an emotional message, “A birthday to remember and a journey to look forward to. Wishing #BhagyashreeBorse a very happy birthday as she joins the #Seyon family.”
The first look shows Bhagyashree in a serene avatar holding a peacock feather. Directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, Seyon is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Tamil releases of the year. The project marks another high-profile collaboration for Sivakarthikeyan and the producers.
Reports indicate that Sivakarthikeyan will play the role of a seasoned soldier-turned-activist who arrives at a station during the Masi Kalari Festival. The villagers worship him as a living deity in the temple. Reportedly, the popular actor has been offered Rs. Rs 65 crore for Seyon, which also includes the advance payment given to it.
As far as Bhagyashree is concerned, this is her second film as Kantha was her first film in Tamil. Borse is also accompanied by a talented group including Bala Saravanan and Aruldoss. Vivek Vijayakumar is responsible for the cinematography, with music composed by Santosh Narayanan. The film is edited by San Lokesh. Seyon is currently scheduled for a grand theatrical release in October 2026.
