Kabir Bedi, who turns 80 this week, and Shabana Azmi come together USA vs RajA new biographical legal drama based on the true story of Dr. Raj Bothra, who was wrongly accused and faced 54 federal charges before being acquitted.
Revealing details for the first time, Ravi Chandran says, “Bedi plays Dr. Raj Bothra, while Shabana Azmi plays his wife, Pammi Bothra, the pillar of strength of the family, the film is directed by me and slated for release in summer 2026. It is based on the book USA vs Raj By Dr. Raj Bothra. It is an English language film.”
