In Radico Khith, the Board of Directors has given a green light for a strategic investment and collaborated with D’wol Spirits Biwi and D’Vol Spirits Private Limited. Under the agreement, Radico Kheton would acquire a 47.5% equity stake in each company, with a total investment of up to Rs. 40 crores.
Partnership agreements, d’OVOL BV, D’AVOL India, Aryan Khan, Harprit Singh, NK Enterprises Holding Limited, and Kamath Technology LLP, Situation Radico Khaitan have been signed as the largest shareholder in both the institutions. The alliance will be responsible for the distribution of global marketing, trading and premium Spirit brands, in which the flagship with a luxury twilila will be set to launch.
