According to property registration documents obtained by Zapkey.com, top cricketer Shubman Gill recently bought a luxurious apartment worth Rs 20.7 crore in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The cricketer has bought this property from a company named Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle, whose partners are Bollywood actor-producers Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani and Pooja Bhagnani.

This luxurious apartment is located on the 12th floor of Pooja Luminaire, a residential building on Juhu Tara Road. The documents state that Shubman Gill has purchased the entire 12th floor with a huge RERA carpet area of 3,369 square feet.
The name Bhagnani has long been associated with Bollywood and luxury living. Vashu Bhagnani has created a legacy in films, while his son Jackky Bhagnani is carrying that legacy forward. On August 29 last year, the father-son duo had performed the bhoomi pujan ceremony of their luxury project Pooja Luminaire in the heart of Juhu.
Jackky Bhagnani had earlier said, “Luxury is a part of our DNA”. And their approach towards creating luxurious properties only reflects the Mumbai lifestyle, balancing aspirational living spaces and opulence.
