Addressing Hindustan Times, Sivakarthikeyan told his beginnings as an actor and how his wife Aarthy and his university friends supported him during this phase.
According to his own words, SK said: “My college friends encouraged me to mimicate and go on stage, saying that I will do very well. And my wife, Aarthy, she married me even before I arrived at the cinema. ”
“In the cinema, people will always find talents to present because it is a business. But without expecting anything, I did not even have an appropriate salary. She told me in agreement and I thought I could take care of her. I should always be grateful to Aarthy,” added the actor.
For those who do not know, Sivakarthikeyan married his wife Aarthy in 2010. After entering the television industry as a host, SK made a name as an actor with films like 3, with Dhanush and Marina (his debut as a lead), who was released in 2012.
The couple recently celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary and are parents of three children.
