Ahead of what could be the biggest wedding of the year, singer Taylor Swift and fiancé Travis Kelce are gearing up to promote their American roots. The couple were originally supposed to get married on June 13, due to the bride-to-be’s fondness for the number, it appears they have already decided on a different date. As Page Six reported on April 9, the two will instead say their I-dos on July 3, 2026.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding date not in June? Here’s what we know
According to the latest reports, the city’s most beloved couple, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, have set a wedding date much different than previously discussed. Previously, it was believed that their June 13 wedding in Rhode Island was set in stone. But that’s not the case, as it seems the wedding was already planned for July 3.
What’s more, while it was believed that the lavish ceremony was going to take place at Swift’s Rhode Island estate next to a fancy hotel, it looks like the couple went for a New York wedding instead. The singer, who is a known fan of the Big Apple, has many connections to it, including a song dedicated to its love-filled, ever-changing energy. Her boyfriend is also fond of its electric presence, making it the ideal venue for their wedding.
The information reportedly stems from ‘Save Your Date’ invitations that have reportedly been sent out by the couple for their big day. Although they have not revealed any plans of their wedding yet, they have decided to remain silent on the whole thing, including signing an NDA for it, but the excitement for their wedding remains as high as ever. The couple recently attended the iHeart Radio Awards 2026 together, where she thanked them for their support of her music.
