The excitement is expected to increase somewhat as it has been revealed that the teasers of the two much-awaited films can be attached with the prints of the romcom. Like cocktail 2Both these films are produced by blockbuster producer Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films.
Teasers of Rajkummar Rao’s Prahaar – The Ujjwal Nikam Story and Shraddha Kapoor’s Itha are expected to be linked with Cocktail 2
is the first Prahar – Ujjwal Nikam Story. As the title suggests, it is based on the life of principal special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam. Rajkummar Rao plays the lead role in the film, which also stars Vamika Gabbi, Jaideep Ahlawat and Sikander Kher. It is directed by Avinash Arun, who has also directed the upcoming web series pritam and pedroStarring Arshad Warsi and the debut film of Rajkumar Hirani’s son, Veer Hirani.
Prahar – Ujjwal Nikam Story Releasing in theaters on 7th August. On June 8, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) passed its 1 minute 57 second long teaser with a U/A 16+ certificate.
The second teaser is expected to be related to Cocktail 2 etaIn which Shraddha Kapoor plays the role of Marathi tamasha artiste Vithabai Narayangaonkar. Directed by K Laxman Utekar shade (2025) fame, it also stars Randeep Hooda and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. This film will be released in theaters on August 28 on the occasion of Rakshabandhan.
A source told IHNS, “In all likelihood, these two teasers will be shown along with Cocktail 2, although the final decision is yet to be taken. Recently, Maddock had revealed the teaser of Sorry for the mistake with shadeThe Shakti Shalini with declaration property Thamma, shade with teaser woman 2Etcetera. So, it would be no surprise if the audience is treated with a promo Prahar – Ujjwal Nikam Story And eta With Cocktail 2.”
An industry insider commented, “Both of these upcoming films look promising. Rajkummar Rao is said to have done a stellar job as Ujjwal Nikam. Meanwhile, Shraddha Kapoor plays a powerful, writer-backed role and will be seen in a never-before-seen avatar.”
