Danish woman, Astrid Esmeralda made headlines after sharing her incredible experience of living in India for the last 10 months. He revealed that it was the best decision he ever made to leave his life in Copenhagen and go to India without any plan. Ms. Esmeralda documented her journey in an Instagram video, showing her various experiences done from Rishikesh to Goa to Mumbai, across India.
Ms. Esmeralda shared that she left Copenhagen as the city started boring her. “My 10th month – and it has been one of the best decisions made so far in my life !!! I need a change. It felt that there was nothing left for me in Copenhagen. I loved my job, my apartments, my friends (I Miss You!), But I was very bored with the city … It is very waiting in summer!
Then he expressed his deep affection for India, praised his diverse landscape, vibrant culture and hot people. After traveling on a large scale across the country, from Rishikesh to Goa and Mumbai, he said that he felt a feeling of adventure, related and self-conscious. He said, “India has opened my eyes a lot. First, I have fallen in love with a country that is very diverse, wild and beautiful. I fell in love with culture, people and nature,” he said in the video.
