The box office of the second 4-second weekend: the horror saga of Vera Farmiga slows down, Nets RS 75 crores in 10 days

The Hollywood horror film, The Conjuring: Last Rites with Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson in the main roles, slowed down after a good start at the Indian box office. Serving as ninth and last episode in the very popular world of conjuration, the last outing of Warner Bros Pictures wrapped its second weekend slightly under the net of RS 75 crores in India.

Directed by Michael Chaves, The Conjuring: Last Rites opened its doors with an RS record 16.90 crosses, excluding paid previews of RS 42 Lakh. The horror film ended its opening week at Rs 65.82 net in India, which is impressive to say the least, although Biz should have been higher given the extraordinary opening day.

Although the overall image of the latest rites is very encouraging, its box office trends published the opening weekend were quite disappointing. One of the main reasons for its trends lower than the peer is the reaction of the public with mixed bags. If the film had encountered a positive reception, it would have easily exceeded the RS 100 brand, which is now a dark dream.
