The Great Indian Kapil Show is set to return to Netflix with its fourth season, promising a fresh dose of humour, new characters and an expanded comic universe. Season 4 will premiere on December 20, marking the return of Kapil Sharma in what the makers describe as a new “excellent variety” of laughs, chaos and family-friendly entertainment.

This season sees Kapil stepping into several new avatars, including GenZ Baba, Tau Ji, Raja and Mantri Ji, along with characters that the audience has loved over the years. With every season, the show has evolved into a shared viewing experience, bringing families together through humor across all age groups.
Adding to the excitement is planning a stellar guest lineup for the season. From World Cup champions and global celebrities to Gen Z icons and Bhojpuri stars, the upcoming episodes promise a mix of surprise appearances and lively interactions while keeping the format dynamic and unpredictable.
Kapil is once again joined by his trusted on-screen family. Sunil is bringing his ability to turn the simplest of moments into laugh-out-loud sketches, while Kiku and Krishna return in unexpected avatars that push the boundaries of comedic transformation. Archana Puran Singh’s unmatched laugh continues to be the center of attraction in the show, with Navjot Singh Sidhu also returning with his trademark one-liners and high-energy presence.
Speaking about the new season and his many avatars, Kapil Sharma said, “Every time I feel that now everything is done, what will I do in the new season, but then your love and your expectations show me the way to do something new, this time too your expectations gave me many new characters and company.” Hi, those characters which you have always liked, have shown you the way to play them… So I am bringing all those incarnations of comedy for you on Netflix, in Season 4… which will be the multiverse of the comedy universe i.e. fun.
