Also known as OG, the latest Telugu movie to hit the small screens soon after its release in the cinema halls is none other than They Call Him OG. Earlier, it was confirmed that OTT platform Netflix will be streaming the film after its theatrical release. It has now been confirmed that the Telugu language actioner will be released on Netflix from October 23.
Set to stream, the film stars Pawan Kalyan playing the role of Ojas Gambhira or Master Orochi Genshin, popularly known as “OG”. The cast of the film includes Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Shriya Reddy, Prakash Raj, Abhimanyu Singh, Sudev Nai, R and Harish Uthman along with other famous actor names. Here, Imran surprised everyone by debuting in a Telugu film.

Following its release on September 25, 2025, They Call Him OG quickly became the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2025 and overall the eighth highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 (so far). With a total duration of 154 minutes, the action crime film follows a samurai dojo-trained kid who saves the lives of two businessmen. He then grew up to be a protector of both of them and their work in the port business, inspired by their unique intention to help the people in Mumbai. However, greed overcomes one of them, who then tries to take control of the port and drive the original owner to shore. Soon, more chaos breaks out, leading to a breakdown in trust between them, and Ozzy must now protect himself against a gangster syndicate.
Written by Sujeeth, it was earlier announced that They Call Him OG has crossed Rs 300 crore business at the Indian box office within 11 days of its official release. The ending of the film opens up the possibility of a sequel, raising expectations among fans of lead star Pawan Kalyan.
