BJP leader Ashish Sheller also paid his honor, in which his influence on both Hindi and Marathi cinema was accepted. He wrote, “Heartiest tribute! The news of the death of Sandhya Shantaram ji of the film ‘Pinkjara’ is very heartbroken. In Marathi and Hindi film industries, he left a distinct mark on the audience’s mind with his unknown acting and dance skills. Barah will be in the film ‘Pinkjara’, especially in the film ‘Pinkjara’.
