After exchanging rings in a private ceremony in Hyderabad last month, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are reportedly going to tie the knot soon. It was reported that the long-time dating celebrity couple will exchange vows sometime in the fall of 2026. And now, it seems like the wedding date and venue has been finalised.
Speculations are rife that the Dear Comrade stars will get married on February 26, 2026. Reportedly, the grand wedding ceremony will take place in a grand palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan. However, there is no official confirmation on the wedding date and venue details.
Earlier, Deverakonda’s team had confirmed the engagement ceremony to be held at Vijay’s Hyderabad residence on October 3, 2025. The team also said that the actors plan to get married next year, which is pretty much in line with the ongoing rumors of a February wedding date.
Eagle-eyed fans also spotted the engagement ring on Rashmika Mandanna’s hand in a video with her furry friend. Recently, during a promotional interview with Thamma, Mandanna was indirectly asked about her engagement and marriage rumours. To which he replied smilingly, “Everyone knows about this.”
Let us tell you, Vijay and Rashmika are rumored to be dating each other for a long time. They first worked together in Geetha Govindam (2018), followed by Dear Comrade (2019). Fans believe that the two got closer to each other on the sets of their first collaboration. Recently, the Arjun Reddy actor narrated for Rashmika’s The Girlfriend teaser, hinting at their budding romance. While the two are already ready to take their relationship a step further officially, they will also be sharing the screen together soon.
Vijay and Rashmika are reuniting for Rahul Sankrityayan’s upcoming directorial, which is said to be a big budget period drama. It is said to be based on the backdrop of British rule in the 1800s.
