Duullingo CEO Louis von Ahan has claimed that schools may still be with the arrival of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in future, but their work may change dramatically. According to Mr. Von Ahan, schools can work rapidly as childcare centers and supervised environment, while AI looks after most actual education.
“Education is going to change. It is much more scalable to teach with AI compared to teachers,” said Mr. Von Ego. No priests podcast.
“This does not mean that the teachers are going to go away. You still need people to take care of the students. I don’t think the school is going to go away because you still need a childcare.”
Citing an example of a class with 30 students, Mr. Von Ahan said that a teacher may not be able to offer every student to learn personal. However, AI, on the other hand, will be able to track personal performance in real time and adjust the text plans to suit the child’s speed.
“You still need people to take care of the students, but the computer can know very accurately what you are good and bad – something that a teacher cannot track to 30 students at just once.”
