Together with Jungle Pictures, Insomnia Films and Baweja Studio, today released the first teaser poster for its much awaited film, RightThe poster has a powerful and stimulating image, promising a pre-taser unit that comes later today, and the official teaser is coming out tomorrow.

The poster is a task of art, with a gritty, vintage-film aesthetics. Yami Gautam Dhar has been seen as the lead at the center, seen from behind, running towards the building of a magnificent court which appears to be the Supreme Court of India. She is wrapped in a shawl and holding a file close to her chest, her currency suggests a woman on a scheduled journey for justice. The names of the lead actors, Yami Gautam Dhar and Emraan Hashmi are displayed prominently with the title of the film, RightWhich translates into “correct”. The poster is completed with a powerful tagline below that reads: “Who will provide justice – community or law?”
Directed by Supern S. Verma, this court room drama is not just another film. It is based on a historical legal matter that shook the nation: Shah Bano vs Ahmed Khan case of 1985. The film turns into complications of this real -life legal battle, focused on a divorced Muslim woman’s fight for maintenance with her husband under Section 125 of CRPC. The film promises to be a difficult story that examines important topics of personal law, gender rights and secularism.
Allegedly, Emraan Hashmi would have a sharply portrayed morally disputed lawyer, a role that allegedly takes inspiration from her husband in the case, Ahmed Khan. Meanwhile, Yami Gautam, who has first impressed the audience with his role in being acclaimed and commercially successful by reviewers. Article 370The woman plays a challenging role in the heart of the legal battle.
The film has quietly completed its shooting and is currently in the post-production phase.
