An exhibition source said “Theaters and ticketing websites have already begun notifying customers that their show has been canceled and how and when they will receive their refund.”
When asked the reason, the source said, “There has been a delay in delivering the content. Since it is a 3 hours and 49 minutes long film, it takes time for the film to be loaded and checked in the theatres. In some theaters the delivery was late and realizing that they would not be able to start the shows on time, they decided to cancel the shows with a heavy heart.”

One exhibitor, speaking on condition of anonymity, responded, “Even if some shows get cancelled, the impact will be profound, as the shows were sold out or almost sold out.
