His statement comes after a turbulent phase of the project. In March 2024, producer Boney Kapoor announced the new cast for the sequel, which included Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh. The announcement created a lot of excitement among fans who had been waiting for the Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan starrer for years.
