Jr NTR is on a career healing mission. Focusing on his Telugu career and Prashanth Neel PythonNTR has politely refused the proposed Hindi-Telugu biopic on the life of father of Indian cinema Dadasaheb Phalke.
BREAKING: Jr NTR leaves Dadasaheb Phalke biopic, SS Rajamouli to go ahead with another actor
According to a source close to the matter, various factors influenced NTR’s decision. “First of all, at the moment NTR doesn’t want to play a real-life character, and that too a legend of the past. Secondly, Phalke’s biopic was not going to be directed by Rajamouli but his son Karthik. Third and most importantly, Aamir Khan is doing Dadasaheb Phalke’s biopic directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Doing another similar character serves no purpose.”
Recently there were rumors that Aamir had asked Hirani to rewrite the Phalke biopic. However, Aamir clearly told this writer that the project is on schedule.
Despite NTR’s walkout and objections from bio-subject’s grandson Chandrashekhar Srikrishna Pusalkar, Rajamouli is also going ahead with Dadasaheb Phalke’s biopic.
Rajamouli is looking for another actor for the role of Dada Saheb. The rumors of Prabhas being approached are completely false.
