BREAKING: Reliance Industries Ltd moves Bombay High Court to stop the release of Carry On Jatta 4
According to the article, the case allegedly arose from a contractual dispute involving a tripartite arrangement involving Reliance Industries Limited, Panorama Studios International Limited and Humble Motion Pictures. The dispute has now reached the court, where Reliance has sought immediate protection regarding the rights and release of the film.
The matter came up before Justice Abhay Ahuja, who allowed Reliance to cure certain procedural defects in its commercial petition. The court also granted liberty to Reliance to approach the vacation court for appropriate relief.
During the hearing, the defense objected to the maintainability of the trial, pointing to non-compliance with verification requirements for commercial disputes. Senior advocate Venkatesh Dhond, appearing for Reliance, sought a status quo order and expressed apprehension that the defendants may create third party rights over the property.
On the other hand, senior advocate Ashish Kamat, appearing for Panorama Studios, opposed the request for status quo. He argued that third party rights had already been created before Reliance filed its application before the court.
With the film’s release date already announced, legal proceedings could be crucial in determining carry on jatta 4 Any delays or obstacles must be avoided before its dramatic arrival.
