Ranveer Singh’s espionage action drama, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar has collected Rs. Earned Rs 11.50 crore on fourth Saturday. The film registered a good jump of 47 percent compared to Friday. Dhurandhar 2’s running low is Rs. Reached. Earning Rs 917.50 crore at Hindi box office.
The film would end up adding Rs 28-30 crore in its fourth weekend, taking the total to Rs. 925 crores or so. There is no competition for Dhurandhar: The Revenge this week as there are no important films releasing, which is helping its box office performance.
Backed by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the Ranveer Singh-led film is an all-time blockbuster. Dhurandhar: The Revenge’s all-India domestic collection will cross Rs. 1000 crore net figure in India; However, achieving the same feat in Hindi alone seems difficult.
The film is a record grosser for any Hindi film in the entire Southern Circuit, East Punjab and Delhi-UP. Mumbai is also set to reach #1, which should happen over the weekend. These are the circuits operated by all the major metro centres, where the film has performed exceptionally well. Rajasthan may suffer a minor setback in this. Others will fall short of the record, some of them by very small margins. All of these would be records for a Bollywood film, placing it just behind Pushpa 2 (Hindi), except in West Bengal and Assam, where it would be behind Jawan.
