eta It stars Shraddha Kapoor in the role of famous Marathi tamasha artiste Vithabai Narayangaonkar. Directed by K Laxman Utekar shade (2025) fame, the film also stars Randeep Hooda and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. It is going to be released in theaters on August 28 on the occasion of Rakshabandhan.
The teaser was passed by CBFC on 17 June with a U/A 13+ rating and has a runtime of 2 minutes and 18 seconds.
The teaser begins with a crowd demanding a performance from a dancer named eta. A normal mass entry is expected for the lead actress. Instead, Shraddha Kapoor appears on screen in a completely unexpected way.
Shraddha Kapoor has given many memorable performances over the years, but eta Pointing to a very different incarnation. His dancing and expressions are excellent and the teaser shows that he has made significant efforts to portray the character authentically.
Despite the Maharashtrian flavour, Ithaa is likely to take off with a bang across the country. And needless to say it will be a riot in Maharashtra.
