Addressing IHNS, Janhvi Kapoor began to discuss the way she balances between commercial cinema and films like Homebound. In response, the actress revealed that she was not thinking about her choices and did not share the reason for her decision to carry out a project.

“There was nothing transactional for me to make house fires. It was a cathartic experience for me to do it. When I read the script, I wanted to be a better person, and I hope that people feel it after looking at it,” added Janhvi.
