Mouli and Shivani Nagaram-Starrer Little Hearts hit the silver screens on September 5, 2025. After finishing its successful theatrical race, the film is now ready for its OTT release.

Little Hearts is expected to broadcast on the OTT Etvwin platform from October 1, 2025. The official announcement was made by manufacturers via their social media handle.

Little Hearts follows the story of Nalli Akhil Kumar, a young brilliant but in academic difficulty. His father, Nalli Gopal Rao, dreams of making his son a computer engineer. However, Akhil fails to erase the Eamcet exam.
Consequently, he is registered in a coache center, where he meets Khatyayani, another fighter. While Akhil falls in love with her, she initially rejects the idea of a relationship with him, to finally accept it.
However, when their families get involved, their relationship takes a dramatic and humorous turn, leading to several unpredictable twists in their lives. If Akhil and Khatyayani find themselves together constitute the emotional nucleus of history.
Casting and crew of little hearts
Little Hearts presents the star of social media Mouli and Shivani Nagaram in the main roles. Aside from the main distribution, the film also features Jai Krishna, Nikhil Abburi, Rajeev Kanakala, SS Kanchi, Anity Chowdary, Satya Krishnan, Padmini Settam, Shailaja Durvasula, and many others in important roles.
Written and directed by Sai Marthand, the film was produced by Aditya Hasan under the banner of Etv Win. The musical tracks and the background scores were composed by Sinjith Yerramiilli.
Suriya Balaji managed the film’s cinematography, while Sreedhar was darkly as a editor. Little Hearts was acclaimed by criticism and a blockbuster struck in theaters.
