The little hearts of Telugu cinema were a surprise at the box office. The low-budget film was released in the cinemas on September 5 without a media and pre-sorting buzz. However, the film received positive word of mouth, which fueled its race for the box office and transformed it into a blockbuster.
Starting Mouli Prasanth and Shivani Nagaram in the main roles, Little Hearts is a romantic drama in adulthood. The film reported on Rs 20 crosses in its 5 days of theatrical race. Of which, Rs 15 raw crore from the national box office, while international territories contributed to a sum of Rs 5 crores raw.

Directed by Sai Marthand, Little Hearts played the best in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Despite its release in a confrontation with the film relatively larger Ghaati, Little Hearts raised more than RS 13 crosses in its domestic lawn in the 5 days of its theatrical race.
