After getting bail in a Rs 9 crore check bounce case linked to his 2010 production venture, actor Rajpal Yadav has announced that he will soon hold a press conference to address the controversy in detail. Speaking to PTI, the actor said the case is currently before the High Court and refrained from discussing the legal nuances, emphasizing his respect for the judicial process.

“All the legal matters are before the High Court. Since the matter is sub-judice in the court, I do not want to comment and I fully respect the court’s decision. Within the next few days, we will hold a press conference and answer all the questions honestly,” Yadav told PTI while thanking the media across the country and his supporters and the film industry.
This case is related to the financial dispute related to the film made under his direction. address missingFor which funds were allegedly borrowed in 2010. Over time, the case turned into check bounce proceedings, with the outstanding amount reportedly increasing due to accumulated interest and penalties. Earlier this month, the High Court had taken note of the delay in settlement, following which Yadav surrendered and was sent back to jail for some time. He was granted bail after a subsequent hearing.
While interacting with the media yesterday evening, Yadav asked his lawyer Bhaskar Upadhyay legal questions and reflected on his three-decade journey in Mumbai and Bollywood. The actor highlighted that he has completed 30 years in the industry and has acted in around 250 films. He reiterated that he has consistently appeared before the court whenever required over the past decade and will continue to comply with all future orders. Expressing gratitude to the High Court for giving him the opportunity to present his case, he told ANI, “If there is any allegation against me, I am 100 percent available everywhere.”
With legal proceedings still ongoing, an upcoming press conference is expected to offer more clarity on the long-pending dispute. For now, Yadav has opted to maintain restraint and said he will address all concerns in a transparent manner once legally permitted.
