Saiyaara becomes the second most profitable Indian film in the United Kingdom to overtake Jawan

Saiyaara has become the second most profitable Indian film of all time in the United Kingdom, going beyond the Jawan of Shah Rukh Khan. Yesterday, the YRF musical had won 3.103 million GB, a few hundred pounds from Jawan. With the big AMs today, Saiyaara has now exceeded Jawan on the British charts of the box office. Pathaan continues to hold first place with an insurmountable GBP of 4.38 million GB.

Saiyaara experienced a phenomenal race at the British box office, underlined by the fact that he has weekly records for the second, third and fourth weeks for an Indian film. Even during his fifth week, when he faced a rigid competition of two major outings, War 2 and Coolie, the film still managed the second fifth week the highest week for an Indian film. The sixth week will also be the second largest ever, missing the record in the blink of an eye.

Abroad, as a whole, the film has exceptionally well performed, which has so far representing USD 19.30 million. The United Kingdom is its largest territory, followed closely by water. There was a time when the United Kingdom was the best market abroad for Bollywood films. He had a drop in the 2010s, being behind the United States, the United Arab Emirates and even Australia. Recently, the market has returned from the dead, making a recovery, most of the films that are doing well, but none did it like Saiyaara, which brought the flavor of a bygone era.
