However, the film recently faced hurdles during the CBFC review process, creating uncertainty over both its release schedule and promotional campaign. The delay in certification reportedly halted plans for a trailer launch while the makers awaited official approval.
Now, with the censor process completed and the film getting the green signal, the production team has resumed its promotional rollout. Sharing the latest poster on social media, the makers wrote, “Tomorrow, the nation will witness the truth. The wait is over – the most awaited trailer drops tomorrow. #AakhriSaawaal trailer releases tomorrow, get ready to know the answer on 15th May only in theaters.”
Apart from Sanjay Dutt, Namashi Chakraborty, Tridha Chaudhary, Amit Sadh, Neetu Chandra and Sameera Reddy are also in important roles in the film. The project is directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Abhijeet Mohan Warang and written by Utkarsh Naithani, who has handled the story, screenplay and dialogues.
