Transaction, value Rs. 37 crores, gives the Khan family full ownership of the property, which also holds deep personal significance for the superstar.

The residence is the former family home of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, where they lived before the actor shifted to Mumbai to pursue a career in the film industry. While the basement and ground floor of the building were already owned by the family, the latest purchase of the remaining two floors solidifies ownership of the entire property.
Situated on a sprawling plot of 1,200 square yards equivalent to approximately 10,800 square feet or almost a quarter acre, the residence is located in one of the most sought-after residential localities of South Delhi. The deal is reportedly worth Rs. 37 crores, the underlying land is estimated to be around Rs. 34,260 per sq.ft.
This acquisition is being considered as one of the most notable celebrity residential property transactions in Delhi in recent years. This further strengthens the Khan family’s growing portfolio of premium real estate properties, which span across multiple cities in India as well as international destinations.
