“My nerves are pinched. I have been taking MRI and CT scans for a week. I am taking a lot of medicines,” Sonu said in the video, showing a medical patch on his shoulder.
The singer revealed that the condition requires continuous treatment including medication and physiotherapy. According to Sonu, the recovery process was not easy. He said, “The physiotherapy was very painful. I am now taking painkillers. Due to this, my throat has also become a bit heavy.”
For a professional singer, any problem affecting the throat can be particularly worrisome. Sonu revealed that some of the muscle relaxant medicines given as part of his treatment had affected his voice. However, he appeared determined to continue his commitments despite the challenges.
