Actor Sonu Sood has sold his apartment in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. 8.10 crore, according to the property registration documents, was accessed through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website and reviewed by the property portal Squareards.com. The transaction was registered in August 2025.

One of the most prestigious areas of South Mumbai, Mahalaxmi, is known for a mixture of residential, commercial and cultural sites. According to the property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) reviewed by the square yard, the apartment sold by Sonu Sood is located in Lokhandwala Minerva. It has a carpet area of 1,247 square feet. (116 sqm) and underlying area of 139.07 square meters. (~ 1,497 sq ft.). The deal also includes two car parking spaces. Laka -Deen paid a stamp duty of Rs. 48.60 lakhs and registration fee Rs. 30,000. The analysis of square yards of IGR property registration documents suggests that Sood bought assets in 2012. 5.16 crores.
