Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari Box Office Day 7: Varun Dhawan’s romantic comedy maintains steady run, cume hits Rs 40 crore

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari saw a 25 percent drop on Wednesday compared to its reduced Tuesday. The film collected Rs 2.60 crore on day 7, taking the sum to Rs 39.50 crore nett at the Indian box office. It was helped by the Buy-One-Get-One offer, active since its first Monday and which should continue during the week.

The Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor starrer is expected to end its extended opening week at Rs 41 crore nett, which is similar to Shahid Kapoor’s Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. The only good thing about the romantic drama is that it is open till the release of Thamma and Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat during Diwali weekend 2025. The film is expected to aim for a good jump in the second weekend to last till Diwali. Going by the current trend, the film is expected to cross a little over the Rs 50 crore net mark by the end of its theatrical run, which will not be a favorable outcome for such a star-studded film.

The creators may have gotten profits on the table, making it a safe bet at the box office. The box office verdict will have no impact since the ship has already sunk in its opening weekend.
