As India reported today, Jr NTR has undergone a minor injury during the shooting for an advertisement. On September 19, 2025, the actor’s team stressed that he was stable and that he recovered well.
The official declaration said: “Mr. NTR has undergone a minor injury today when shooting for advertising. On medical advice, he will rest for the next two weeks to ensure complete recovery. We would like to assure everyone that their condition is stable and that there is no concern. We sincerely ask for fans, the media and the public to tackle all speculation. ”

JR NTR and director Prashant Neel collaborate for the first time with the dragon temporarily entitled (Ntrneel). The film is described as an action artist in Haute Octane and should be released in theaters on June 25, 2026.
Although the full casting is not yet confirmed, we think that Kantara: Chapter 1 Fame Rukmini Vasanth and actor Malayalam Tovino Thomas will play key roles.
It would seem that JR NTR appears in a brand new look designed specifically for one of the intense action sequences of the film. The unique appearance would be suitable exclusively for this particular segment. The actor was also spotted according to intense gym training to prepare the role.

JR NTR was recently seen alongside Hrithik Roshan in the action film Spy War 2. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film serves as follows from War (2019) and the 6th episode of the Spy YRF universe.
For the future, JR NTR would be in talks with the director of the jaôlier Nelson Dilipkumar for a next film. In addition to Dragon and the Nelson project, he should also lead a biopic on Dadasaheb Phalke and a mythological drama directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
