The film Haq, starring Yami Gautam and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles, failed to show any signs of growth. It is estimated that the film will collect Rs 10 crore. 32 lakhs on second Thursday, second week ended with just Rs. 4.35 crore nett. There has been a decline of almost 67 percent in the opening week, which means that the film has crashed and is now heading towards its dramatic end.
Running total of HAQ is Rs. Has reached. 17.80 crores at the Indian box office in two weeks, including Rs. 13.45 crores came in the first week. It will compete with 120 Bahadur and Masti 4 from this weekend. The film is likely to see another big drop in its third week and its theatrical earnings are expected to dip below Rs 100 crore. 20 crore mark in India, which is nothing but a disappointing ending.
Directed by Suparn Verma, HAQ turned out to be a box office flop, despite receiving positive response from audiences and critics. Now all hopes are on its digital release. Let’s see whether the courtroom drama gets its due on the streaming platform or not.
