The film Chhatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies starring Roshan Mathew and Arjun Ashokan in the lead roles has been released in theaters on 22 January 2026 i.e. today. As the film hits the big screens, here’s what netizens have to say about it, with some even confirming Mammootty’s cameo appearance as Bullet Walter.

Chhath Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies is the story of a group of misfits who form a wrestling group in Fort Kochi. As the story unfolds, conflicts arise that can only be resolved in a wrestling ring, setting the stage for humor and action.
Directed by Advaith Nair, he has co-written this film with Sanup Thyakudam. It stars Roshan Mathew, Arjun Ashokan, Visakh Nair, Ishaan Shaukat, Siddiqui, Lakshmi Menon, Rafi, Carmen S Mathew, Dartagnan Sabu and many others in lead roles.
Interestingly, the film marks the directorial debut of Advaith Nair, who is superstar Mohanlal’s nephew.
Additionally, the sixth Pacha marks the Malayalam debut of composer trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, with the background score composed by Mujeeb Majeed of Kalamkaval fame.
