Mohanlal recently announced his next film with director Tharun Murthy, tentatively titled L366, and officially began its shooting. Now, the superstar has also announced another upcoming project, tentatively titled L367, to be directed by Vishnu Mohan of Meppadiyan fame.

Mohanlal wrote on his official social media handle, “With immense pleasure, I announce my next project, L367. I am really happy to collaborate with director Vishnu Mohan on this exciting venture produced by Sri Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sri Gokulam Movies. Looking forward to this new chapter and seek all your love, blessings and good wishes as we embark on this beautiful journey together.”
While sharing the update, the actor also unveiled an interesting poster. The new look has two lanes of road, with one lane filled with cars moving towards a destination, while one lane travels in the opposite direction.

Although further details about the upcoming project have not been revealed yet, the film will be produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sri Gokulam Movies. Furthermore, the film will be directed by director Vishnu Mohan, which will be his third directorial venture.
The filmmaker made his debut in 2022 with the Unni Mukundan-starrer drama thriller Meppadiyan. The film tells the story of a kind-hearted mechanic named Jayakrishnan, who faces misfortune when a lucrative real estate deal leaves him penniless and entangled in a complex network of rich people and greedy politicians.
How he deals with these challenges forms the crux of the story. Apart from the Marco actor, the film also stars Anju Kurian, Kottayam Ramesh, Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, Nisha Sarang and others in lead roles.
Later, Vishnu directed a film titled Kaadha Inuvaare starring Biju Menon and Mithila Devika.
Mohanlal’s work front
Mohanlal is all set to hit the big screen with Drishyam 3 directed by Jeethu Joseph. The third installment of the crime thriller franchise is scheduled to release on April 2, 2026.
Moving forward, the actor will also be seen in a police action-comedy film, tentatively titled L366. Directed by Tharun Murthy, the film marks the reunion of the Thoodaram duo. The superstar recently unveiled pictures of Pooja and her new look for the film, which stars Mira Jasmine in the co-lead role.
Looking ahead, Lleyton will also play an important role in the upcoming multistarrer Patriot directed by Mammootty. The espionage action drama also stars Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Nayanthara and others in lead roles, the film will release on April 23, 2026.
